Responsibilities:
Leading, designing, modeling and communicating Digital Engineering and Application Delivery best practices
Establishment, maintenance, and governance of Digital Engineering and Application Design Patterns and Digital Engineering Frameworks
Play a key role in the administration and support of our Adobe/AEM platforms
Provide design guidance to technical staff, including but not limited to performance enhancement/improvement tasks
Major contributor to innovation through evaluating solutions, leveraging resources, independent thinking and integrity of ideas; Success will be measured by quality, performance and expertise in delivery approaches, integration solutions, customer satisfaction and governance/policy contributions
Reports to the Manager to deliver robust applications based on best practice software engineering that is well aligned with the SDLC process
Guide and lead developers to implement the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets workflows and other technical capabilities
Checking and maintaining the health of AEM Digital Asset Manager (DAM) Assets and Sites environments on a regular basis
Oversee and administer the Adobe/AEM platform, ensuring smooth site setups and continuous performance optimization
Implement and manage the CI/CD pipeline to streamline development and deployment processes
Implement/Automate repeatable and everyday jobs to improvise the process
Provide ongoing support for upgrades and maintenance activities, adhering to established standards while driving continuous improvement and innovation
Monitor the system's performance using tools like New Relic, App Dynamics, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of IT experience in a scaled digital/mobile application development environment
4+ years of experience as a developer in AEM DAM Assets and Sites
4+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform administration
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement
Experience with Adobe tools to identify and resolve potential issues proactively
Able to translate unique and highly complex requirements into technical components
Experience leading diverse teams (employee, consultant; onsite, offsite)
Able to lead program and product design activities
Demonstrate excellent analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Experience with infrastructure/platform administration, with a solid understanding of site setups and performance tuning
Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline software such as GitOps, GitLab, Jenkins, TFS, etc., enabling streamlined development processes
Skilled in analyzing stack traces and logs to identify and resolve system issues
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with code quality software such as SonarQube
Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud integration
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and integration with key technologies and peer teams
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Experience with various software estimation techniques
Ability to customize code and configurations to enhance the capabilities of asset usage
Experience in developing applications for Hospitality Industry preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
