You will lead the research, development, and implementation of innovative marketing and communication strategies for the Think Cultural Health Program, a BCT Partners’ Health Equity Solutions client. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will design and implement digital marketing initiatives that boost health professionals’ awareness of and engagement with the Think Cultural Health website and its products. You will also design and implement a communication campaign for the Multifactor Authentication process that will impact participants of the e-learning programs. You will work closely with the Office of Minority Health, the project manager, and the project team on these tasks.
The Marketing and Communication Specialist must possess an in‐depth knowledge of health equity and marketing for federal clients. You are well-versed in strategic planning, writing engaging content, graphic design, GovDelivery direct email marketing, 508 compliance, Google Analytics, and Search Engine Optimization.
You can produce results in a fast‐paced, performance‐based environment, prioritize and execute tasks, work effectively individually and as a team member, and think contextually and creatively. The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
You bring to the table:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or other relevant fields, with three years of related experience in a Federal environment with health equity topics.
Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a similar Marketing role.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing campaigns with a data-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to network, collaborate, and build relationships with clients, partners, staff, remote colleagues, and others; a confident, supportive, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to, both independently and collaboratively, solve problems and make decisions.
Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Skilled in learning and mastering new technologies and techniques.
Strong skills with graphic design tools, including Canva and Adobe Suite, general proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
