Pay: $15 an hour.

6-8 week temporary position.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Clerk to support our team during a transitional period. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft tools, possess strong computer skills, excel in communication, and thrive in a self-directed work environment. The primary responsibility will involve migrating data from a legacy system to a new system, particularly focusing on Customer Tax Exempt Certificates. Additionally, the role will entail contacting customers to request any missing certificates.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize proficiency in Microsoft tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

• Transfer data from legacy systems to the new system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline the migration process.

• Contact customers via phone or email to request any missing Customer Tax Exempt Certificates.

• Maintain clear and concise documentation of all interactions and progress.

• Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new software quickly.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

• Prior experience in data migration or administrative support preferred but not required.
