Functional Consultant

We are a Microsoft Partner with a focus on delivering high quality Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. We have an emphasis on providing fast and affordable services for businesses of all sizes. Our company was built off the backing of 30 years of experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions for customers. We recognized that there was a need for more experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and formed ourselves with the goal to service that specific need.

As a Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring impeccable customer experiences through the proficient deployment of supply chain solutions. Guided by industry best practices, you will spearhead the supply chain design process for Dynamics 365 implementations. You will engage with business process leaders to comprehensively understand their requirements, subsequently translating these needs into practical and effective business solutions. Your expertise will span from requirements gathering and gap analysis to the formulation of detailed functional specifications. Training at various organizational levels will be integral to instilling user confidence and securing smooth user acceptance. You will orchestrate conference room pilots, adeptly troubleshoot issues, and contribute to seamless system go-live preparations. Assisting clients in data migration and testing phases will be a core responsibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring client satisfaction remains at the forefront of each interaction.
  • Lead and oversee the supply chain design process for Dynamics 365 implementations, incorporating your seasoned insights.
  • Leverage industry best practices to conceptualize and implement pragmatic business solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with business process leaders to discern and document crucial business requirements.
  • Undertake meticulous requirements gathering, conduct insightful gap analyses, and transform business needs into comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions across organizational tiers, fostering confidence and enhancing user acceptance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate conference room pilots, proactively resolving challenges in anticipation of system go-live.
  • Extend adept assistance to clients during data migration and testing stages, ensuring a smooth transition.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Profound knowledge of ERP concepts encompassing supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior involvement in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, Furniture, and/or Consumer Products sectors, further enriching your domain expertise.
