Our Non-Profit client in the Boston area is seeking a Direct Hire Senior Administrative Associate to join their team. This individual will support the team with project management and grant funding initiatives.
Applicants must be local and able to be in-office 3 days a week in Boston on a hybrid schedule for consideration.
Salary: $75k-95k* (DOE)
*these salary numbers are not guaranteed, and consider experience level, qualifications, and internal equity - potential offer may be outside of this range
Responsibilities:
Research policies and topics as requested
Track, manage and report on current and prospective grants
Assist with community engagement techniques and content creation
Prepare and manage data and help with special administrative projects
Coordinate general office and calendar management requests
Prepare and review materials for meetings, events, contracts, special projects, etc.
Process department financials and event logistics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3 years of relevant experience in program management and grants
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and Word
