Our client is a Cell & Gene Therapy Biotech organization based in Boston. They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager/Project manager to join them in order to enhance and develop their project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting project timelines
Monitoring project deliverables
Managing and multi-tasking with different projects- overseeing day to day operations.
Coordinate and Update stakeholders and team members on the project progress
Qualifications and Experience:
10+ years of Project management experience (PMP certification preferred).
Experience within the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry, preferably at a global organization.
Multi-tasking experience and comfortable with routine management of day to day operations of various departments and functions.
Operations Management/Management of Biotech facility experience.
