The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, general clerical support, meeting coordination, vendor communications, and event planning.
Responsibilities
Handling a 21-line phone system with no voicemail and moderate-to-heavy call volume
Providing an ideal first impression to callers and visitors, must look polished
Tracking office expenditures
Coordinating special events for the firm throughout the year
Conducting operational functions
Managing vendors for various company meetings
Executing administrative details
Researching and developing new ideas and projects
Qualifications
1-3 years of Receptionist experience
Bachelor's degree while maintaining 3.0+ GPA
Track record of achievement through internships, academic accolades, involvement, etc.
