Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Proactively identify and address project risks and challenges to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, leading by example and motivating team members to deliver excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
