We are hiring a client champion for the role of project or account manager capable of pre-sales, creating wireframes, crafting proposals, and actively engaging customers using Agile methodology across all stages of the project's life cycle. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of project initiation, planning, analysis, and implementation phases. The incumbent will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective strategies and project plans, ensuring project objectives are met. This position will lead project resources to analyze project needs, define requirements, develop user stories, develop and execute test plans, develop and maintain project documentation, and report (written and oral) project progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales productivity by crafting technical presentations or proposals for intricate IT solutions.
  • Define project goals create wireframes, establish plans, and manage timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports.
  • Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
  • Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Conduct risk assessments and organize meetings to discuss goals, progress, and potential issues.
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, aiming for long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Plan and execute sales strategies in response to market dynamics and competitor behavior.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management or account management roles in a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of pre-sales processes and the ability to contribute effectively to client discussions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare persuasive proposals and interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to work and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Continuous learning and adaptation to industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within project management and client relationship management functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional certifications in project management are a plus.
