Our newest business partner in Central Florida is a growing contracting firm and is seeking a dynamic and experienced On-Site Division 8 Commercial Project Manager to join our team.

This not 'just' a construction PM job.....or an IT PM job......It is very specific and niche and requires specific experience in Division 8 (Doors, Frames, and Hardware).
Project Manager Job Description:
As the On-Site Division 8 Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of commercial door projects, from sales and estimating to detailing. This role requires a deep understanding of Division 8 specifications and expertise in using Comsense software. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer base, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial door sector.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Estimating:
Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates.
Analyze project specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure precise project understanding.
Detailing:
Utilize Comsense software for project detailing.
Coordinate with internal teams to create detailed project plans.
Ensure that project details align with client expectations and industry standards.
Project Manager Qualifications:
5-10 years of specific experience in Division 8 commercial project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing commercial door projects.
Proficient in using Comsense software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Established pool of customers and industry contacts is highly desirable.
