The Senior Software Product Manager will be an experienced candidate who can successfully lead as a very hands-on Product Manager to scale for additional growth and maximize potential.
This candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required. Master's degree in software engineering or other engineering discipline preferred.
At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in software product management or related field utilizing agile methodology.
Prior experience in managing software products hosted in cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.) related to digital content and/or remote device (IoT etc.) management strongly preferred.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
Ability to analyze needs and product requirements to create a design.
Ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
