Job Description:
A family-owned manufacturer in the Seafood industry is seeking a Director of Operations for their plant in southern New Jersey.Candidates Must Have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related.
- At least 10 years of experience in a food processing manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in highly regulated manufacturing, ability to work with Quality systems, production planning, finance, engineering, and R&D.
