Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our hotel and restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of hotel operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members. If you have a passion for the hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in restaurant management, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to the restaurant team
- Ensure that all operational procedures are followed, including food safety and sanitation standards
-Manage all hotel operations along with sales initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, develop, and motivate staff members to deliver excellent customer service
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen manager to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and open communication
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry, preferably as an Assistant Manager or General Manager
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations & kitchen management and processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and develop staff members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
