New York-based non-profit seeks a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $90-115k
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Conduct research and compile data as needed for projects, presentations, or reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO in a professional manner.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Support the CEO in fostering positive relationships with donors, partners, board members, and staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a non-profit or corporate environment.
10+ years of administrative experience is preferred
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
