Financial Analyst
Richardson, TX (Hybrid)
Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Analyze current procedures and suggest improvements in alignment with company policies.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end closes and year-end audits.
Cultivate strong relationships across various departments within the organization.
Utilize the system for reporting, benchmarking, forecasting, and budgeting.
Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, presenting findings clearly and concisely for actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in SAP ERP/CRM.
5+ years of financial reporting experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
Ability to manipulate large datasets for reliable reporting.
Experience in global company settings is advantageous.
Familiarity with financial reporting platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Access or other relational database systems is beneficial.
