Job Description:

Lele Sadoughi is a joyful, colorful, and maximal accessories company of headbands, jewelry, hats, sunglasses, handbags and more. Our flagship store is located in Highland Park Village, and is our first of five retail locations. The General Manager the Lele Sadoughi boutique is responsible for maximizing sales, providing an exceptional shopping experience for the customer, and managing the store in its entirety.

Responsibilities:

SALES LEADERSHIP:
• Builds customer loyalty through excellent store experience
• Responsible for the success and results within all areas of the store
• Monitors daily, weekly and monthly sales goals of each team member and provides coaching and counseling on performance
• Works with customers and models superior customer service and Clienteling skills
• Holds sales team accountable for sales and clienteling goals (this is inclusive of consignment, personal and stylist appointments and client generated dollars)
• Maximizes sales through strong floor presence, aiming to be 30% of store sales
• Develops Sales Associates to be experts in the selling steps and client building through utilizing the Selling Ceremony and Client Books
• Strong focus on events, including obtaining, planning, and going off site, that will generate customer aquisition.

STAFFING AND ASSOCIATE DEVELOPMENT:
• Leads the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of all staff members
• Fills all levels of open positions within the store in an urgent and timely manner
• Creates stores scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours, while protecting the stores overall bottom line
• Ensure personnel are trained on product knowledge, selling skills and customer service to support the brand experience
• Creates enthusiasm and excitement within store to motivate high performance teams

STORE STANDARDS:
• Execute floor-set and promotional directives; implements visual merchandising
• Supervises the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back stock
• Ensures store appearance and atmosphere supports and reinforces the brand image
• Understands, supports and complies with all company policies and procedures (inclusive of being up to date with all COVID guidelines in their area)

MERCHANDISING/VISUAL:
• Works closely with the buying team to advise on product assortments based on customer demographics
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean and organized at all times
• Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:
• Educates and follows company policies and procedures
• Protects store payroll by managing wage costs, salaries, and allowable hours
• Strives for 100% accuracy and compliance in finances, inventory and store property

Requirements:
• Ideal candidate must possess 3-5 years in the contemporary or luxury business, strong team leadership, excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills required, energetic and outgoing
• Minimum of 3 years retail Store Management position/experience in women's accessories, jewelry or apparel
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Solution oriented with a strong business acumen and corporate exposure
