Responsibilities: • Enthusiastically support and contribute to manufacturing program and tools • Support the development of manufacturing processes; design, modify and test methods and equipment requirements • Process improvements: Conducts evaluations, suggests designs and spearheads development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment • Mitigate waste: maximize efficiency and minimize waste • Lean Six sigma understanding: Implement lean processes, conduct time studies, identify continuous improvement initiatives • Review, Update and Write detailed process work instructions and standard work. • Prepare 3D models and data for drawing change requests to customers. • Preparing First Article Inspection reports (FAIs) for new parts process changes • Updating Capability monitoring data and maintaining databases in Solumina and Net Inspect. • Preparing OEE spreadsheets and presentations for Cell performance monitoring and improvement
Basic Qualification: • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering • Industry experience of 2-3 years preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Experience in a LEAN environment and a familiarity with the methodology would be a plus
Other Preferred Qualification are: • Experience with Autocad ,
