The main mission of this role holder is to ensure the development and performance of Company in US/Canada market. In line with Company long-term strategy for the development of this region, the successful candidate will ensure that sales, distribution and brand development are optimized, and that operations are run profitably.
Business development, locations search and study of feasibility, will be the candidate's main responsibilities for this role.
She/He is the real brand ambassador for the local US/Canada market, spreading among the team and the brands' clients, the pride of being part of the group, with all the features that the brands. She/He has the mission to inspire the team to express to our clients, what the brand wants to communicate, a sense of modernity and versatility, for pieces of an impeccable quality with top quality materials for a high-end clientele of erudite modern. She/He needs to have a strong knowledge of US/Canada market and both Chinese and local consumers.

Qualifications
Education: Master degree in Management or business administration
Required experience: 15-20 years in the RTW industry, preferably in the luxury/fashion sector, preferably in US with a deep understanding of the commercial landscape and Asian and US/Canada RTW market.
Know How and technical skills: Management of wholesale, retail and online channels, brand management, finance.
Languages: English & Mandarin. Other languages skills are a nice plus
Competencies: Strong sense of leadership, able to act as mentor, by inspiring the team members. Strong fashion sense, affinity for luxury, strong managerial and entrepreneurial skills, good negotiator, leadership, customer-oriented.
