Our client, a rapidly expanding Gen-Z Fashion Brand based in LA, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse management, maintaining inventory, order fulfillment, and management, capable of overseeing warehouse operations while also handling delivery to the store regularly.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations.
Must own a truck and be responsible for driving duties in our Los Angeles store and warehouse.
Manage inventory, including receiving, unpacking, storage, and order fulfillment.
Coordinate shipments from our warehouse in Washington, D.C. to our clients in Los Angeles regularly.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a high level of organizational skills.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to accommodate inventory. The warehouse is a manageable size of approximately 2000 to 4000 square feet.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity of goods throughout the handling process.
Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Experience in warehouse management.
Must have a vehicle for shipment transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable with driving in LA for deliveries between warehouse and store.
Strong organizational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics principles.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and documentation.
