Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in probate, with a focus on assisting elderly clients and their families navigate the complexities of estate settlement and probate proceedings. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, serving a diverse clientele with compassion and expertise.
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the probate process, including filing necessary documents, resolving creditor claims, and distributing assets according to the decedent's wishes or applicable laws.
Provide comprehensive estate administration services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver personalized solutions tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
Stay abreast of changes in probate laws and regulations, and incorporate best practices into client service delivery.

Compensation:
Starting at $90,000 annually, with potential for growth based on experience and performance.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law, with a focus on probate and estate administration.
In-depth understanding of probate laws, procedures, and court processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and compassionately.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in legal research, writing, and relevant software applications.
