Manage Non-Conformance Issues of APG/IPG business as part of Customer Quality Engineering group for Imported products Americas. Manage PDCA log, QPR log, Cash Issues and CS databases for assigned customer non-conformance issues. Manage sorting companies and limit exposure of non-conformance to customer by controlling: 8D responsiveness, Customer PPM, Customer Complaints and Sorting costs.
Your Responsibilities will be to:
Customer PPM
Customer Complaint Management
Cash Issues, 8D, Global CS, QPR Log, Workflow Management
Continuous Improvement Actions
PPAP Management for issues resulting from non-conformance root caused issues for design and process
Manage Customer Visits
Containment activities for quality issues at customers and JENA locations
Quality meetings with JE manufacturing sites
Analyze customer returns for 0KM and warranty.
Assess risk when there is a quality situation at the customer
Our Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or Related field of study
3+ Years' experience in motor
Experience in 8D reporting
Experience of quality tools
3+ Years' Experience of working in a manufacturing facility.
