We are seeking a skilled Interim Industrial Controller with a strategic mindset to join our PE-backed manufacturing client in Chicago for a period of 6-9 months. As the Interim Industrial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and operational efficiency within the organization. Leveraging your expertise in financial analysis, manufacturing, budgeting, and variance analysis, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance profitability. The ideal candidate will have worked in an FMCG / Manufacturing environment and will have previously been involved in or led transformation projects.
This is a unique opportunity for a results-oriented professional to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced business. You should be willing to be on-site 3 days per week, although one week per month is fully remote.
