Job Description:

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Distribution Center Fulfillment Team Lead will oversee Warehouse staff's day-to-day operations ensuring that responsibilities and leaderships expectations are met.
  • Ensure that product is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner and maintain required records in conformance with company policy.
  • Distribution Center Fulfillment Team Lead will assist in overseeing the shipping systems for both Domestic and International customers.
  • Cover open areas within department as needed.
  • Distribution Center Fulfillment Team Lead will supervise the proper routing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment and delivery in accordance with customer instructions.
  • Operate forklift and other DC equipment.
  • Distribution Center Fulfillment Team Lead will assist in cross training employees in the skills and responsibilities of other positions.
  • Update and track all outbound shipments and document using internal tracker.

What You Bring to the Table

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or vocational training in logistics or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management required.
  • Hands-on leadership style with demonstrated experience guiding and growing talent.
  • 2+ years' experience in Forklift, Reach Truck and Electric Pallet Jacks required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, RF scanner experience including familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
