What You Bring to the Table
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or vocational training in logistics or related field preferred.
3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management required.
Hands-on leadership style with demonstrated experience guiding and growing talent.
2+ years' experience in Forklift, Reach Truck and Electric Pallet Jacks required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, RF scanner experience including familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
