Our client, a dynamic and close-knit private equity firm is seeking a motivated administrative assistant/receptionist to support their SF team. This role is an amazing opportunity to join a fabulous team.
Salary:
$65,000-$70,000 base range + full benefits + bonus
Responsibilities:
Support two vice presidents and team with travel, calendar management, and expense reports
Manage external communications via email, letters, and phone calls
Ordering supplies for office and kitchen
Light Event planning and research projects
Coordinating lunch orders
Provide back-up support to other executives assistants as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy
Excellent written verbal and communication skills
Team player, motivated, can do attitude
Adaptable, flexible attitude and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail and organization
