Job Description: We are seeking a Mail Distribution Center Coordinator responsible for the effective operation of main mail distribution centers for head office and main locations across Canada. The role includes managing all outgoing Advisor mail for the Canadian Division Mail Services operation, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded. The Coordinator will provide accurate distribution of Advisor mail directly to Advisors and to all Canadian Division Resource Centres across Canada.
Responsibilities:
Receive, open (as applicable), sort, and deliver all incoming mail, output, and courier to various business units within Canadian Division
Prepare, sort, and ship all outgoing mail and couriers
Process troubleshooting mail, inbound bulk mail, stats, and daily workflow
Train all new staff within the mailroom
Requirements:
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills for a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of Goldmine system/mapping database, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
Ability to cope effectively with fluctuating volumes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 20lbs
