Director of Clinical Services Responsibilities:
As the Director ofClinical Services, you will lead the hiring and training of new therapists, dietitians, and nurses, collaborating with specialists in the discipline for guidance.
Coordinate admissions into the program and oversee integration into the therapeutic community.
Ensure the treatment program operates optimally by maintaining up-to-date client paperwork and compliance with regulatory standards.
Act as a liaison between the treatment programs and collaborate with influential entities in the clients' lives, such as families and referral sources.
Work closely with the lead nurse and nursing staff to facilitate appropriate medical care.
Supervise or support clinical leads during weekly treatment team meetings, ensuring effective communication and oversight of client development and progress.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver in-services, education sessions, presentations, and training to clients, families, staff, and caregivers.
Collaborate with local outreach representatives to engage referral sources creatively monthly.
Director of Clinical Services Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health-related discipline.
3+ years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership role.
2+ years of recent related experience working with eating-disordered clients or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience in partnering with an executive team.
Required License: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psy.D., or Ph.D. as a Clinical Counselor or Registered Dietitian in the CA.
