This Candidate will be taking inbound calls and returning clients and end users. These calls can cover anything related to the accounts they have setup with our client, including; help logging in and navigating the website, checking the status of payments sent to our client and more. Some clients have fleets of trucks through our client and may be calling to ask how their payments are being spent across their fleet of vehicles. Some calls may be regarding the status of orders on new vehicles. The role will gradually encompass training on collections as well. The collection's role is not the typical automotive collection layout, our client approaches their collections with a white glove, customer first, attitude.
The candidate will not be making collections calls until several months into the role, the collections and customer service team are one in the same but there is currently greater need for CSR calls at the moment.
