Pay: starting at $80,000 + Bonus
Location: Lake Forest, CA
Role Details:
Risk Assessment - analyze potential risks to the organization, including financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.
Risk Mitigation - Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and controls to minimize the organization's exposure to risks
Insurance Management - Review insurance policies, ensure compliance with coverage requirements, and negotiate insurance contracts to optimize terms and costs.
Claims Administration - Investigate incidents, gather relevant information, and work with internal teams, legal counsel, and insurance providers to manage and resolve claims efficiently.
Data Analysis - Utilize risk management software and tools to track and report on key risk indicators
Compliance & Recruiting - Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management and board members, summarizing the organization's risk profile and risk mitigation efforts.
Crisis Management - Develop and implement crisis response plans to address unexpected events or emergencies, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or public relations crises.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, finance, or a related field
experience in risk management, including administering commercial liability claims.
