Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of previous Administrative Assistant experience
Previous experience in finance or professional services (preferred)
Strong organizational and professional level communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
$20/hr. Monday-Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
