Under general supervision, this position troubleshoots, and repairs units returned from customers or those in-house and inventory returns. This position works in the Service depot on our Matthews, North Carolina campus.
Summary of essential job functions
Perform troubleshooting and repair on defective or suspected defective units.
Document all repairs, i.e, time, parts, failure, and solution descriptions.
Other duties as required by supervisor.
Minimum requirements
Associate degree in Electronics and or equivalent experience.
Abilities required.
Mechanical aptitude and general hand tool application.
Ability to read electronic schematics.
Component Identification knowledge.
Computer skills to include but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
Must be able to lift 75lbs.
