The Intersect Group has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative needed immediately for Accounting Customer Service Department.
Responsibilities:
Take tickets from chat and email (some phone work) from store owners and managers at the retail locations
The requests are usually accounting related. This person will have to do data analysis on the request to see which department to escalate the ticket to
Open cases and pick them up through round robin, as assigned
Handling 30-50 tickets/day
Requirements:
2+ years' call center/customer service experience
Data analysis experience
Accounting experience
Oracle is used, but experience is not required (will train)
