As they continue to grow and expand operations, they hired us to help find a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join the team and drive efficiency in operations and procurement processes.
Location: Greater Boston, Massachusetts (warehouse in Lynn, HQ near North Station)
Job Summary: As the Operations lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our operations and procurement activities. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management, streamlining purchasing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations and purchasing management within the wholesale distribution industry, with a strong focus on cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in operations and purchasing management, preferably in the wholesale distribution industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, procurement practices, and supply chain operations.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
