This person will conceptualize and develop new products that improve the lives of our customers. In this role you will be involved in all aspects of Soft Goods Design. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling customer experiences for the next generation of products. Responsibilities: As Soft Goods Designer you will work with teams located in the facility in Exton, PA. Taking direction from the Soft Goods Design Manager, you will create and develop designs for new products and provide support for updating existing products when required. You will take responsibility for managing your own workload to ensure deadlines are quality standards are met. Utilizing a broad creative skillset, you will define aspects of form, aesthetics and the interfaces between users and products. Employing strong people skills you will partner with core Design specialisms such as ID, Color&Trend, Fashion, Usability and Craftsmanship. This role requires an individual who can work independently as well as directly with our US based Design Team. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain business teams from our global offices in EMEA, LATAM and APAC. Your skills and experiences will be used to ensure Brand and Product architecture guidelines are being met.
Must Have Skills:
* Experience with Pattern Making
* Experience with Sketches and Silhouettes
* Experience with sowing including with sowing machines
* Experience with Fit and Function for prototype designs
