The Senior Director, Enterprise Data Strategy is a mission-critical role responsible for articulating a comprehensive and holistic Enterprise Data Strategy. The Senior Director will work hand in hand with various teams to build a data strategy that aligns with our business goals and positions data as a critical competitive asset.


The Enterprise Data Strategy team is at the forefront of shaping our organization's data-driven future. We drive the development and execution of the enterprise data strategy, empowering our organization to harness the power of data to drive innovation, enhance decision-making, and achieve strategic objectives.



Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with enterprise, business and functional strategies, including KPIs and benchmarks to measure effectiveness
  
  


• Identify areas for data value creation (internal and external) to inform priorities
  
  


• Shape narratives with Leadership and across key stakeholder groups to help prioritize the most important data work to drive business value and accelerate progress
  
  


• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and use it to inform the strategy
  
  


• Stay informed on emerging trends in data, including AI and Generative AI
  
  


• Work cross functionally with partners in business, product, and tech, along with Audit and Digital Citizenship
  
  


• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and innovation throughout the organization.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business intelligence, strategy, data science, finance, or related area and 7 years' experience in strategy, competitive intelligence, consulting, market research, data analytics, or related area in a high-growth technology sector. OR 9 years' experience in strategy, competitive intelligence, consulting, market research, data analytics, or related field in a high growth technology sector.
  
  

• MBA or MS highly preferred
  
  


• 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
  
  


• 4+ years of experience in leadership roles focused on data strategy or data management preferably in a large enterprise environment.
  
  


• Proven track record of leading strategic data initiatives and driving business value through data-driven decision-making.
  
  


• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  
  


• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  


• Experience in change management, organizational transformation, and driving cultural change towards data-driven decision-making.
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  
  


• Comfort with ambiguity

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
