Call Center LPN at The Judge Group Inc. in San Antonio, Texas

Job Description:

Location: San Antonio, TX

Salary: $24.00 USD Hourly - $25.00 USD Hourly

Description: One of our largest clients has an opening for a San Antonio-based, Call Center LPN to join their team! The LPN will be working remotely but must be located in or around the San Antonio area due to training and equipment purposes.


Candidates who are bilingual (English/Spanish) are HIGHLY preferred.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  


• Answer inbound patient medication refill calls


• Follow enterprise medication refill protocols


• Document each transaction thoroughly and accurately


• Utilize the electronic medical record to access and document information


• Answer/place outbound other types of calls as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 
  


• High School Graduate or GED


• Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Texas


• Ability to work in a structured call center environment/schedule


• Previous experience as an LPN


• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
