Salary: $30.00 USD Hourly - $45.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a W2 role -QA Analyst


We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Test Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough tests on our software systems to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our software applications meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications.


• Collaborate with the development team to develop effective strategies and test plans.


• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.


• Evaluate product code according to specifications.


• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.


• Report bugs and errors to development teams.


• Help troubleshoot issues.


• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.


• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in test automation.


• Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Cyara.


• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


• Experience in Genesys application testing is preferred.
