Position Summary
: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products within the Philadelphia, PA - Northern New Jersey region. This is a direct hire opportunity with the flexibility to work remotely, but candidates must be open to 30%-40% travel across the designated territory.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, dealerships, and organizations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales deals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.

  • Meet with client

  • Negotiate new contracts and business proposals
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Candidates must have a proven track record in sales. Ideally, 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.


  • Willingness to Travel: While remote work is an option, candidates must be open to traveling within the territory.


  • Degree (Preferred): A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.


  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with large equipment, fleet management, trucks, buses, or industrial vehicles is highly advantageous.


  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.


  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently.
