ABOUT THE ROLE:

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for optimizing and automating key customer-facing business processes, including global business processes for sales reporting, operations, supply chain management, finance, and accounting. Analyst will play a pivotal role in evaluating /participating and promoting 3D Systems internal audit function's conformance with professional auditing standards, achievement of its performance objectives, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Leads and conducts IT operational audits and SOX assessments to identify areas of risk that may require stronger controls and to prioritize audit steps
• Works closely with the Internal and External Audit team on IT risk assessments and annual audit plan
• Conducts ongoing IT risk assessments and identifies controls in place or treatment plans to mitigate identified risks.
• Identifies, evaluates, and documents IT risks.
• Participate in walkthroughs of IT processes and controls.
• Keeps detailed and well-organized audit records.
• Develops and maintains strong cross-functional relationships with multiple management levels within the organization.

• Ability to remain flexible in scheduling and accomplish business goals in a timely manner.
• Analyze data, provide audit reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing processes, procedures, and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining, optimizing, and enhancing overall operational performance.
• Keeping the audit manager informed regarding the status of audits in progress and contacting the audit manager regarding targeted audit completion.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in a variety of business areas.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledgeable in Oracle Financials and Manufacturing ERP Shop Floor systems (Oracle EBusiness Suite R12.2).
• 3 to 5 years of Techno/Functional experience in Oracle Financial Modules Oracle Financials Applications (OM, AR, AP, PO, GL, Inventory,) and P2P, O2C
• Self-motivated, result oriented with strong analytical skills. Good at problem solving and with good communication skills.
• Experience in understanding the business process flow of other financial systems and quickly adapting those with Oracle Apps.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills required .
• Experience withMicrosoftWord and Excel spreadsheets and graphs .
• Strong SQL skills
• Write ad hoc scripts to extract data from database.
