Department: Production Job Status: hourlyReports To: Production Supervisor Work Schedule: schedule may vary depending upon workload POSITION: Responsible for ensuring the milk received is within specification and meets all food safety and quality requirements. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:General Qualifications include, but are not limited to:Shall have attended a Chemical Safety Training Session within the past 12 months.Shall have attended GMP, FSMA, Food Defense Awareness, and Allergen Training.Received training in appropriate PCs.Shall meet all requirements of the SQF Program.Shall comply with all GMP Requirements.
