Job Description:

Technical Director & UPSL Semi-Pro Head Coach position in Temecula, CA. Create & implmt curriculum for soccer coaches. Host in person coaching edu & demonstration classes for best practices & techniques. Serve as primary point of contact for all coaches w/ respect to soccer coaching tech'l questions. Participate in coach observation & evaluations. Maintain parent engagement & ensure parents are up to date on players' progress. Plan & lead all aspects of Men's Semi-Pro prgm, incl all practice sessions, competitive games, video analysis, & scouting. Work w/ the coaching staff to dvlp a consistent style of play that aligns w/ the club's overall strategy & objectives across all levels. Perform other related tasks as necessary. Reqmts: Must have at least a HS dipl/ GED, or foreign equiv. Must have at least 24 months prior F/T soccer Technical Director exp in a selective youth academy or professional club setting. Must have Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) B Diploma level credential at min.
