Job Description:

Join our client's team in Washington, DC as a Graphics & Administrative Coordinator where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining brand identity through the production and customization of marketing materials tailored to client inquiries. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating advertising schedules, managing offsite meetings and conferences, and ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM and databases. About the Job:


  • Maintain brand consistency through marketing materials production and customization for client inquiries.

  • Coordinate advertising schedules and manage offsite meetings and conferences.

  • Update CRM, databases, and assist with website updates.

  • Track and manage inventory of marketing materials.

  • Assist with RFPs, special administrative projects, and graphics updates for client meetings and presentations.

  • Handle client lease agreements and create pitch decks and presentations.

  • Other relevant administrative tasks as required.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS.) is required.

  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in administrative professional level positions.

  • 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry, preferably in a Sales or Marketing department.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite is required.

  • Proficiency in Web publishing using templates.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various business documents, write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles, along with basic financial analysis; intermediate analytical and quantitative skills required.

About the Position:

  • $24/hr-$26/hr while temporary

  • $55K-$60K when permanent

  • Temporary to permanent position

  • 100% on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm.

  • Office in Washington, DC.
