Beacon Hill is working on a brand-new Labor & Employment Associate attorney opportunity in Houston for a trial-focused practice. Qualified candidates will have state and federal wage and hour class action litigation, single plaintiff employment litigation, temporary restraining order and temporary injunction expedited relief proceedings experience. Settlement conferences and negotiations experience are a plus but not required.
