Our client, a global asset manager, is seeking an HR Administrator to join their NYC team. The hours are 8am-5/5:30pm (need some flexibility) and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, answer phones, and prepare documentation
Maintain and manage HR databases and employment files
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with the management of absences and Learning and Development initiatives
Assist with talent mobility and immigration queries
Manage and submit expense reports though Concur
Assist with projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-3+ years of experience in administration out of financial services
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $75-110K base depending on experience + bonus
