Mountain View Post Acute specializes in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.
What to expect:
Create and lead activities for patients, engage patients in meaningful programs, work as a team with the Activities Department.
Successful Candidates:
- Must possess, at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in post acute or skilled nursing a plus!
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as a Colorado CAPS background check
- COVID vaccine required or valid exemption
