This position is remote, but qualified candidates must be local to Macedonia/Cleveland OH area and be able to meet in-person on a regular basis.
The Recruiting Operations Specialist plays a critical role in the development and management of recruiting systems, resources, and technology to support the field recruiting teams while creating a positive experience for Tradesmen craftworkers. In addition, the Recruiting Operations Specialist will play a major role in supporting Tradesmen's external and internal candidate engagement strategy while providing metrics and analysis on recruiting productivity.
The Recruiting Operations Specialist will lead and execute the coordination, implementation, control, and completion of the Workforce Organizations active project list. The Recruiting Operations Manager will lead efforts to ensure that our recruitment strategies and programs are operating as intended and has ownership and oversight of new implementations, technology, and process enhancements designed to drive more value and return out of our existing recruiting tech stack.
Responsibilities:
Oversee management and improvement of various recruiting systems including the Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and Tradesmen's propriety matching software
Supports integrations of new recruiting resources and reports on performance including source effectiveness, adoption, conversion, and cost/ROI as requested
Manage vendor relationships to ensure ROI and access to the latest technology
Lead and support the implementation, planning, and communication of projects within the Workforce Org
Develops comprehensive plan, schedule and automation of candidate attraction campaigns including campaigns specific to clients
Support ongoing automation and integration across all platforms to drive efficiency and ROI
Research emerging recruiting trends, technology and competitor strategies and make recommendations for future strategy
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting, sales operations, and/or shared services experience is required
Exposure to ATS, CRM, or other B2B/B2C software is plus
Previous experience with project management is also preferred
Must be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management software is a plus
Ability to analyze, prioritize and problem solve practices to improve efficiency
Experience with engaging and updating internal stakeholders
