About The Position A Clinical Resource Nurse will assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate education activities, competency validation, clinical care, programs, and initiatives for healthcare services at Harris County Jail. You will be responsible for providing leadership within the department for quality improvement activities, support effective Human Resources management, and support resource accountability. You will take the lead in facilitating an environment the cultivates exemplary patient care.

Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Master's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Nursing Professional Development Specialist (NPD-BC) certification
BLS Certification
5 years of nursing experience
2 years of clinical leadership experience
