Job Description:

This is a pivotal leadership role within a well-established organization dedicated to supporting professionals and fostering a vibrant community. The successful candidate will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding membership, increasing engagement, and enhancing the overall brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Growth and Retention: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones. Collaborate with departments to identify target audiences and communicate value propositions effectively. Manage member benefits and seek new offerings that enhance the membership experience.

Foster Increased Engagement: Design initiatives to connect members through events, forums, and digital platforms. Build relationships with key stakeholders and cultivate a strong community atmosphere.

Event Marketing: Lead marketing efforts for conferences, seminars, workshops, and networking events. Utilize digital channels and targeted outreach to maximize participation.

Continuing Education Programs: Increase attendance at the organization's portfolio of educational programs. Work with experts to identify compelling value propositions and monitor campaign effectiveness.

Section Engagement Marketing: Collaborate with leaders to develop strategies that increase participation in section activities, such as webinars and roundtables. Encourage cross-section collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Annual Event Marketing: Drive attendance and sponsorship for the organization's flagship annual event. Develop targeted campaigns and enhance the event experience through innovative marketing approaches.

Adaptability and Growth: Be adaptable to evolving needs and take on additional responsibilities as directed by senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in membership/customer growth, event marketing, and engagement strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and ability to create engaging content, manage calendars, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Experience with targeted advertising and community building through social channels.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment.
  • Occasional travel within the region may be required.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
