This Southern California based growth-stage startup is led by a strong management team of industry experts and with a tremendous pipeline of customers, the team is well-positioned for expansion this year. The company is already profitable, with 8-figure ARR, and are growing over 30% per month. Their Founder/CEO has led several successful venture-backed companies and has a track record of mentorship and promoting from within. The company is amid tremendous growth and looking to improve the customer experience, putting a huge emphasis on product optimization and data analytics, diving into new user acquisition strategies, and driving greater brand recognition.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of product managers, growth specialists, and analysts
Champion product growth with a focus on an amazing customer enrollment experience
Use data driven decision making and rapid iteration to improve conversion rate and lifetime value
Gather input from customers and provide definition for innovative digital solutions
Gather and manage product feedback through analytical tools, concept testing, etc
Monitor and report on product KPIs
Develop and execute growth strategies that accelerate user acquisition, retention, and engagement
Work cross-functionally to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative digital health solutions
Help to improve the look and feel of the user experience without sacrificing performance
Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and drive customer-centric landing page and funnel enhancements
Implement conversion rate optimization programs to drive constant funnel improvement
Work with design and product team for website enhancements that contribute to customer experience and retention
Skills & Experience Needed:
8+ years of growth product management experience
Proven track record driving significant user acquisition and retention for a high growth, consumer focused startup
Proven experience with digital growth, data analytics, and product optimization
Extensive experience working on consumer-focused web applications - eCommerce and subscription based platforms
Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle journey - 1st touch to onboarding to retention
Previous startup experience within the health and wellness space is a nice to have
Comfortable utilizing multiple analytics tools and working with various data sources
Collaborative, fun and enjoy working in a high impact position
Experience leading product management and have owned conversion optimization
Led infrastructure projects around SEO, CRM, and Email
Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Bachelor's Degree
