Our client is seeking an experienced self-starter to join the Marketing & Communications team who will be responsible for delivering the firm's social, content, and web presence marketing strategy and plans.

Responsibilities
DEFINE, LEAD and EXECUTE firm-wide global digital marketing strategy
THOUGHT LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY. Oversee the firm's digital strategy including
content and paid campaigns for social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X with support from the teams Digital Associate, who you will directly manage
Repackage compelling content that will help to showcase the firm's portfolio companies and our strong commitment to partnership
Act as a thought-partner to the firm's leadership team (~10 people), to ensure that they are effectively using their LinkedIn channels while enhancing firm's profile
Manage the firm's website; creating and maintaining the firm's web presence, overseeing UX, SEO (organic & paid), design and maintenance of the company's websites, developing impactful content
Seek creative digital avenues to raise awareness of the firm's important work on areas such as Citizenship, DEI and ESG
Develop and then regularly monitor appropriate metrics to assess and enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing, including peer benchmarking
Identifying and implementing new and innovative technologies for use in digital marketing including AI, data science, marketing automation
Oversee the management of web apps for internal and external meetings, email marketing (such as newsletters)
Oversee the firm's digital agencies including social media, video agencies etc.,
Manage video creation for numerous events including annual investor meeting, Global Leadership Summit etc.
Qualifications
10+ years' experience of operating in a similar role is preferred. Private Equity industry experience is a plus
Clear communicator with the ability to take complicated issues and create compelling content to convey the firm's differentiation and point of view
Strong knowledge and understanding of global financial and capital markets, the private equity industry, and related issues such as ESG and DEI
Highly effective project manager with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding organization, writing, and time-management skills

Estimated base salary: $165,000 - $175,000 plus bonus and benefits
