A leading consumer technology company is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to scale its existing business to business offering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on project management experience to execute an integrated and cohesive narrative across content, email prospecting, upsell strategy, user generated reviews and digital engagement platforms to engage new prospects and mobilize existing customers to drive adoption of MyRegisty's gifting software for both for profit (e-commerce) and non for profit businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of our Shopify app listing and non profit solution to drive step-change growth in performance
Lead the execution of the integrated marketing mix for e-commerce stores on Shopify and non profit organizations.
Create and build content distribution strategy, across paid, owned and earned channels, to reach the desired audience through measurable tactics
Execute engagement based segmentation strategy to convert prospects through demo based content, in a scalable way.
Amplify success stories from existing customers by developing relationships and programs that encourage stores and brands to share their experiences.
Develop playbooks with educational content, best practices and benchmarking data to bring actionable insights that drives sales
Organize customer lifecycle processes to maximize retention for free software offerings as well as expansion to paid offerings through frameworks that determine prospect- product fit.
Conduct a deep dive into audience aggregation platforms: LinkedIn, Shopify, User Review Platforms ( e.g. G2) to maximize the acquisition potential from each channel.
Work collaboratively with marketing team to generate new ideas to activate desired audience
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly with a B2B SaaS environment. Experience working with non profit organizations, preferred but not required.
Demonstrable experience integration across marketing tactics: email, social media, content, event management and paid tactics
Ability to repurpose existing content for distribution in the right channel at the right time.
Solid knowledge of LinkedIn as an acquisition channel
Working knowledge of working within Shopify marketplace desired
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in addressable B2B audience development, especially in the small business environment.
